Chairman
Marsh Moore
Marsh has been at Coastline Church since its beginning. Marsh has been involved with the Mexico ministry since 1997 when a small team first traveled down to a special needs children’s home in Maneadero. From that original visit to today, Marsh’s passion for the children and families in Mexico has grown into a near full time endeavor.

Marsh and his wife Peggy have two children, Chas and Courtney. Marsh spent his professional career in healthcare - the first 16 years in hospital and the last 25 in orthopedic medical devices.

Vice Chairman
Dave Barth
Dave has been an active member at Coastline Church from its inception in 1994 serving in various leadership roles and as an Elder. Currently, Dave is the President of the Coastline Dream Center that oversees all the Coastline Church outreach ministries in the US and Mexico.
​
Dave and his wife Susan have three children named Bryan, Lindsay, and Kevin, and they have resided in Carlsbad for 37 years. His career was in the healthcare field, leading and directing sales and marketing organizations, and calling on laboratories and hospitals in the western US.
Treasurer
Clark DeArmond
Clark has lived in the Carlsbad/Encinitas area for over 30 years and has been involved with Coastline Church and Ninos De Fe for over 10 years.
His wife Aura and daughter Isabella are also integral parts of our Mexico ministry. His career in the financial services industry started in 1989 and continues today.

Secretary
Patrick Collins
Patrick and his family have been blessed to be a part of the Coastline family since 2011. He began serving with the Casa del Mar Board in 2018. Patrick has been in the construction and senior housing industries for his entire career.
​
He seeks ways to find connection with others through his work and in his relationships, always looking for ways he can be attentive to the needs of others.

Dennis Visser
Dennis has been active at Coastline Church for 5 years with 4 years serving with the Mexico Ministry. He raised his family in Encinitas, and his son and two daughters have all participated in visits to the Children’s Home.
​
Dennis is a commercial real estate broker, serving industrial property owners and tenants in North San Diego County since 1990.

Dolores Horvath
Dolores was born in Tijuana and raised in San Diego. She has served for at-risk youth in both Tijuana and San Diego communities since her teen years and became involved with Casa Del Mar approximately 5 years ago.
​
She currently lives in Encinitas with her husband and youngest daughter and has been in the corporate real estate field for the past 20 years with a local technology company. She is also a member of the Coastline Church community.

Brett Bannon
Brett’s passion for our Mexico Ministry can be traced back to teaching at a high-need public school in Harlem, NYC and living/working in Mexico City. He is a small group leader at Coastline Church and marketer in orthopedics. Brett and his family reside in the San Diego area.

Communications Director
Lauren McMillen
Lauren has been volunteering with Niños de Fe since 2015. She has had very special opportunities to serve with the organization by living in Tijuana twice, teaching English as a second language, and homeschooling the children at the orphanage during the start of the pandemic.
​
As the communications director, she supports the ministry by keeping everyone informed of our work and the many ways they can get involved. Outside of her TJ commitments, she is a reading coach and teacher for a bilingual charter school in downtown San Diego.
